I visited Dr. Scher at Georgia Periodontics for jaw tension and had a great experience. They got me in quickly and efficiently. Dr. Scher gave me several options to achieve relief. I highly recommend this practice!

I highly recommend Georgia Periodontics. Dr. Scher and his staff are very friendly and professional. They provided helpful written instructions about how to prepare before and after the procedure. It was a positive experience because Dr. Scher helped me relax and eased my mind before the procedure started. He also explained what would happen during the process. I felt very minimal pain if any during the procedure. I really liked the technique Dr. Scher used and am so happy that I can get my stitches removed a week later. I have been to their Dunwoody, Norcross and Decatur offices which are all very convenient to where I live. Thank you, Dr. Scher and all the staff, for a very pleasant experience.

Chased the office down for months to talk about my concerns over the split lip I ended up with after surgery. When I did finally get a returned call, I was told that if I read what I signed ahead of the procedure, I would know that these things can happen. I also found it offensive that is was made clear that as there were no notes in my file, I could not have called the office or asked 3rd party employees to follow up on the invoicing questions. When I finally did get someone on the call, they were rude and didn’t want to discuss concerns, just wanted there money. Frustrating experience to say the least.

Best Periodontist in North ATL. Dr. Litterer was professional and down to earth. The entire staff was eager to help and made me feel comfortable during my entire appointment. They also have multiple offices throughout Atlanta, so it made it easy to pick one that fit my schedule. Go and check them out!

Two shout-out for Georgia Periodontics--first for Dr. Litterer and his staff who have done more extractions, bone grafts, gum grafts, and implants than I care to mention, and always make me feel at ease with my dental anxiety! Dr. Litterer's anesthesia is so "clean", I guess would be the word--I wake up quickly and not groggy or nauseous at all, and none the wiser for having major procedures done! :) Second, the back of the house--Kady the insurance coordinator is AMAZING!!! She coordinates benefits amongst my primary and secondary insurances like it's nothing and helped me with the form I needed to file with my tertiary insurance! She is completely on top of balances owed to me and where insurance is in-process! Ten stars and thank you to Kady for making something typically filled with hassle actually hassle-free! :)
